Every page should help a traveler make a bounded decision without overstating certainty, authority or access.
Source priority
We use the responsible managing authority for visitor rules and official ticketing, and UNESCO or another designation body for heritage context. Destination marketing and operator material may add context later, but it does not replace the authority responsible for the place.
Designation language
A UNESCO listing applies to a named property with defined boundaries and criteria. We identify the listed property and explain when the visitor site is one component of a larger designation. Inclusion in this guide is an editorial choice, not a claim that one institution recognizes a universal list of wonders.
Tickets, closures and access
Ticket systems, entry windows, restoration work, weather closures and transport can change quickly. We show a last-checked date and link to the relevant authority. We do not publish live availability or promise that a route, ticket or experience will remain available.
Responsible images
Photography should show the real place, preserve useful human or landscape scale and avoid encouraging restricted access, unsafe behavior or disrespectful treatment of sacred and culturally sensitive settings. Image creators, licences and source URLs are recorded in the project ledger.
Corrections
When an authority changes a rule, the affected planning guidance and its checked date should be updated together. A corrected date reflects a completed source review, not a cosmetic refresh.
Future commercial disclosure
No ticket feed, product database or affiliate inventory is active in Phase 1. If commercial links are introduced later, they must be verified for this project, clearly disclosed and kept separate from the editorial decision about whether a place or route belongs in the guide.
